A 2007 graduate of the University of Michigan, William attended the 2007 Poynter Summer Fellowship as a Visual Journalist. Afterward, he helped kick-start enterprise and breaking news multimedia projects for OrlandoSentinel.com. Having spent much of his youth around technology, William now uses that technology to more fully engage the public in the stories of their communities and the world around them.

Beyond work, William is an avid photographer, music junkie, cinephile and food lover. He’s an active user of Twitter, Flickr and Brightkite, and tries to maintain some semblance of a personal site here.
