William Couch is a 24-year-old interactive designer and photographer, living in the Washington, D.C. Metro area.
A 2007 graduate of the University of Michigan, William attended the 2007 Poynter Summer Fellowship as a Visual Journalist. Afterward, he helped kick-start enterprise and breaking news multimedia projects for orlandosentinel.com. He now creates interactive graphics for usatoday.com, alongside collaborating on design and strategy for emerging platforms such as iPhone, Android and social networks.
Beyond work, William is an avid photographer, biker, music junkie, cinephile and food lover. He’s an active user of Twitter, Flickr and Brightkite, and tries to maintain some semblance of a personal site here.
